This course will present a biological perspective on the behavior of organisms from invertebrates through humans. Environmental and innate components of behavior will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on social systems and the understanding of human behavior through comparative analysis with related social vertebrate species. Prerequisites: BIO 223. 3 credits
